 To ensure a smooth booking experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding deposits and cancellations. Please take a moment to review these terms to understand our commitment to providing the best possible service.

Booking Deposits

  • Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and reduces last-minute cancellations.

  • Deposit Amount: The deposit amount will be 30%-50% of the total service fee depending on how much time the service requires.

  • Deposit Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules.

  • Cancellations within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may also incur a full service charge.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. We will send a confirmation message to confirm your appointment.

  2. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only when cancellations or reschedules are made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  3. Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you have an unforeseen circumstance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
