To ensure a smooth booking experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding deposits and cancellations. Please take a moment to review these terms to understand our commitment to providing the best possible service.
Booking Deposits
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and reduces last-minute cancellations.
Deposit Amount: The deposit amount will be 30%-50% of the total service fee depending on how much time the service requires.
Deposit Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made no later than 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules.
Cancellations within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may also incur a full service charge.
Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. We will send a confirmation message to confirm your appointment.
Refunds: Deposits are refundable only when cancellations or reschedules are made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you have an unforeseen circumstance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
